Processing Times

All non-custom orders are processed within 2-5 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for certain products/orders. If you select local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.

International Shipping

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Crisco Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

To expedite the process, save all packaging materials and damaged goods to include in your claim. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at criscodesigns@gmail.com, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
